The chosen candidate must be proactive, with practical problem-solving skills, and self-motivated, being able to work with the minimum of instruction. A high level of resilience is essential, as well as the ability to take a longer-term view. We are looking for a good team player with the ability to make events professional, innovative and rewarding for all the teams involved.
